History

In 1985, Leo and Jerry bought the Solano County operation of Lawyers Title, which in Solano County was called Cal Land Title. They inherited a manager in the deal whom Leo says proved to be a better pontificator than salesman or manager. After a few months he was encouraged to find a company where his oratory prowess might serve him better. The they tried a succession of guys as the Solano manager. Their results and progress were less than stellar. In fact after ten years of trying—our track record was still more cellar than stellar.

So Leo, in a bold move displaying courage, resolve and the slightest hint of desperation, got down on his knees and persuaded, (begged), this positive-minded, highly-spirited little sales kid, who already worked for him in Fairfield, to take on the task of making PTC a winner in Solano. That bold move took place at about the end of 1996 and henceforth, little Genie Branson has made the best of that opportunity. She got together with Michael Fortney, Lorraine Pate and the rest of her key group and they used their abundant energy, positivity and spirit to attract a stellar group of like-minded, high-energy people. Together, they earned a solid reputation of providing top-shelf service to their customers and clients.

The fact of the matter is this... Under Genie's watch, the Solano PTC kinds have worked together to strengthen and grow their operation. And—they have a lot of fun doing it. Very few operations have more fun together and very few show better financial success to boot.
