History

In the beginning Leo had a vision of a title company where he had superb workers that cared about each other and their customers. He felt that if the employees took care of each other then the customer part would take care of itself. And his dream has come to fruition. Leo opened the Roseville and Auburn branches at the same time. The original site of the Roseville branch was located on Douglas Blvd. next to the Kentucky Fried Chicken and was opened with Kelly Braden and Larry Foy. Kelly was the escrow officer/escrow assistant extraordinaire and Larry was hired for marketing. Leo and Eileen filled in with whatever was asked of them. The Auburn Branch opened at the same time and Ruth Costa was the manager/escrow officer along with Diane Reinecke, Escrow Assistant. Myrna Walling came soon thereafter as an escrow assistant.

After multiple open houses, the business came flooding in to the point many new people came on board, some of which are still with us.

Sadly, Kelly and Diane have both passed away. Kelly was a very close friend and an important person to Leo and the company. Ruth Costa is still living and enjoying retirement.

About Placer County

With over 1,400 square miles of the most beautiful and diverse geography in Northern California, it is no wonder that Placer County has been the fastest growing county in all of California!
